KanehRoots is a cannabis wellness coaching practice operated by Findley Enterprises Ltd. We take your privacy seriously — especially given the personal and sensitive nature of wellness coaching. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how we protect it.

Confidentiality of Coaching Sessions

All coaching interactions — including Private Seshion™ sessions, Seshion Circle™ group sessions, and any communication between you and your coach — are treated as strictly private and confidential.

• Your health history, wellness goals, cannabis use patterns, and personal details shared during any session will never be disclosed to third parties without your explicit written consent.
• Seshion Summary™ documents are delivered only to you and are not shared with anyone else.
• Group coaching participants in Seshion Circle™ are expected to respect the confidentiality of all members. What is shared in the Circle stays in the Circle.
• We do not share your coaching details with employers, insurance companies, government agencies, or any other entity.

Information We Collect

We collect information in the following ways:

• Newsletter signup: Your email address and optionally your first name, stored securely in our content management system.
• Booking: When you book a session, we collect your name, email, and any intake information you provide. This is used solely to prepare for and deliver your coaching session.
• Coaching sessions: Notes, health context, and wellness goals shared during sessions are recorded only with your knowledge and used exclusively to deliver your Seshion Summary™ and follow-up care.
• Website analytics: We may use privacy-respecting analytics to understand how visitors use our site. No personally identifiable information is collected through analytics.

How We Use Your Information

• To deliver coaching services you have requested
• To prepare your personalized Seshion Summary™
• To send you newsletter updates (only if you opted in — you can unsubscribe at any time)
• To schedule and manage your bookings
• To improve our services

We will never sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties.

Data Security

We use industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), secure data storage, and access controls. Only authorized personnel involved in your coaching care have access to your session information.

Third-Party Services

KanehRoots may use third-party tools for booking (Calendly), video calls (Zoom/Google Meet), email (Resend), and community (Mimea). Each of these services has their own privacy policies. We choose providers that align with our commitment to privacy and data protection.

Your Rights

• Request access to any personal data we hold about you
• Request correction or deletion of your data
• Unsubscribe from our newsletter at any time
• Request that your coaching records be permanently deleted
